I wasn't born in New York. It wasn't even the first city or state I visited outside of the city Karachi, where I was born. NY was the third place I visited after Amsterdam and London in 1995. I first came to New York in 1997, when I was about three years old. I don't remember anything from my first two visits to New York. It was in 2001 when I fell in love with New York. At the time I was only seven years old and during my visit here in New York, I was just doing a comparison between New York and the city of Karachi.
